Super Heavy Oil injection Production Integrated Pump
In order to increase the production efficiency of super heavy oil, Shengji has designed the super heavy oil injection-production integrated pump. It is another patented pump of Shengji Company. This pump includes barrel, upper and down plunger, travel valve, ball and seat.
The barrel is an integral structure which can be used as one part of the steam injection string; the plunger has a cascaded structure and located in barrel.
There is a sealing chamber installed between the barrel top and upper plunger. In this pump, one operation can achieve steam injection and oil production, so it reduces the work activities and also avoid cold damage of the well fluid. It can be used with VIT tubing and hollow sucker rod. Key benefits include taking full advantage of heat energy, improving safety and guaranteed high production efficiency. For serious scaling well, this pump also has good performance.

Double plunger injection and production pump is also a patented product of Shengji. It is mainly used in single well steam injection recovery. This kind of pump has the special double plunger structure, which can prevent debris from entering the pump. After steam injection, the barrel has no scaling. The bottom of the plunger has a special structure, which can stop high temperature and high pressure from breaking the plunger and at the same time preventing the broken parts of the casing.
In this pump, one operation results in steam injection and oil production, so the operation is fast and convenient. The transfer from injection to pump is convenient, the plunger at the bottom is steam injection. After injection, the lift plunger can take oil production. It can be used to do steam injection in different tubular and suitable for various thermal recovery oil production.

Mechanical valve rod pump is kind of rod pump, which Shengji developed that features a single well steam huff and puff technology. It is mainly used in heavy oil and super heavy oil steam injection oil recovery. Standing and travelling valves of this pump have a positive closing structure.
The travelling valve is the ball valve, it can open and close in time and can also work in the serious condition. The plunger can rotate freely thereby preventing sand stuck, eccentric wear and extend the service life. So, this pump is suitable for the heavy oil well whose viscosity is below 4000mPa·S.
It can also be used in conjunction with VIT tubing. When the pump cage and valve assembly adopt stainless material, the pump also has a good anti-corrosion property, it can be used in the high gas content heavy oil well.
