Accompanying with development of tertiary recovery technique, and in order to adapt to the needs of developing small-block chemical flood, our company has developed a whole set of mobile chemical flooding mixing and injection equipment mainly used for chemical flooding of 3 to 10 wells.

The set equipment mainly consists of skid room for polymer dispersing and dissolving, skid room for dosing and mother solution charging, skid room for injection and mixing, skid room for power distribution, skid room for monitoring and guarding, clear water tank, mother solution maturation tank and process pipelines between skids.

The functions of the equipment include torage, dispersing and wetting of the dry powder of polymer, and storage, delivery, agitating and maturation of polymer mother solution, adding such chemicals as sulphonate to the mother solution, constant-pressure charging of mother solution, adjustable discharge boosting of mother solution and automatic mixing of mother solution and high-pressure sewage (or clear water), and transport of mixed high-pressure mixture to injection well via surface pipeline.
