In view of short service life of common polymer injection pump for delivering abrasive medium, and heavy degradation of viscosity caused by large shear to medium during application of mud pump, we have developed the triplex wear pump especially for pressurized delivery of abrasive medium, which is characterized with not only low shear as polymer injection pump but also high wear resistance of itself so that it is capable of pumping the liquid containing abrasive medium such as solution of pre-cross linked agent, mud, and pulverized coal slurry etc.

This kind of pump is especially suitable for special application of oil-water well plugging profile control. Its valve block is made of structural ceramics and the plunger is made of super hard ceramic material, which prolongs the service life of valve block and plunger by more than ten-folds. Such pump is ideal for delivering liquid containing abrasive medium.
