The JBJ agitator is a necessary surface equipment in polymer injection production process, which is mainly used for maturation of mother solution of PAM (Polyscrylamide) which is preliminarily mixed in maturation tank.

The equipment is characterized with good installation stability, large scope of transmission power, and high efficiency due to application of triple reduction of horizontal reducer gear. Through optimized design of the structure, material and heat treatment of driving gear, and reasonable application of mixed blade of push type and impeller type with better dynamic flow ability, the medium rolls up and down and agitates slightly in three-dimension, which reduces the maturation time of medium, decreases the degradation to medium, and lowers the requirements for installation accuracy of equipment and ensures the reliability of its operation.

The equipment has high reliability and low mechanical shear to medium, which is especially used for agitating the polymer solution. A series of products with distribution powers of 2.2, 3, 4, 5.5, 7.5, 11 kW, 15 kW, 18.5kW, 22 kW, 30kW, and 37 kW have been developed.
