In order to solve burying of plunger and sealing problems of a rod pump, Shengji designs and manufactures sand control centralize rod pump to be used at the base of conventional rod pump. It can effectively avoid the sand stuck and bury problem during these operations.

Compared to the conventional rod pump, it increases sand block valve, centralizer device and sand setting device. The lock device is at the bottom of the pump, thus the barrel will not be extended as the liquid column presses and the clearance will not enlarge. The centralize device can prevent the movement of the pump, it reduces the abrasion of sealing parts and increases the stability of the work.

It can be used as the long stroke length pump. At the same time, it has the desilting channel which solves the sand burying problem in the conventional rod pump. So it is suitable for the high sand content oil well.
