Shengji Physical Lab
Shengji’s Physical and chemical laboratory was founded in 1965. After 50 years of continuous developments and improvements; the laboratory is now fully equipped with strong detective capabilities and highly trained technical researchers. The physical and chemical lab has Shandong’s class II qualifications for testing.

Mechanical test
Testing the strength, ductility, tenacity and other data of different kinds of metal materials via tensile test, shear test, flattening test and impact test (at room temperature and low temperature above -60 ℃)
Practice strength test, bending test, impact test, hardness test and macroscopic metallographic examination to the seam of welded pieces.
Practice overall performance testing to some products.
Hardness test
Practice Rockwell hardness test on work pieces, which were processed by quenching, carburization and carbonitriding.
Practice Rockwell hardness test on work pieces, which were processed by surface chrome-plated and sprayed.
Practice Brinell hardness test on work pieces, which were processed by compensation,normalization, annealing and other nonferrous metal.
Practice small load Vickers hardness test on work pieces, which were processed by nitridation and accurate grinding after chrome-plating.
Practice micro hardness test on work pieces with thin surface and high hardness, which were processed by electroless plating and boronisation.
Metallographic test
Analysis of general microstructure and microstructure of stainless steel;
Deep testing of chrome plating layer, nickel plating layer, boride layer, carburized layer, carbonitriding layer, nitride processed layer, laser hardening layer and others;Deep testing of decarburized layer and hardened layer.Rating of metallic and non-metallic grain size;Inter granular corrosion test of stainless steel;
Vicat softening point test of macromolecule materials.
Test the yield strength, tension strength and extensibility after broken of macromolecule materials.
