Automatic Oilfield Workover Rigs
In order to solve low degree of work over automation, labor-intensive job dangerous, poor working environment issues, Shengji has developed a series of mechanical work over system, including workover automatic system, minor workover automatic system and snubbing operation equipment.
Oil well workover is a high-tech, high-risk work. The conventional oilfield workover rig has problems such complicated operating procedures and high labor intensity. Shengji, in cooperation with the Shengli Drilling Corporation, have designed an oilfield workover rig automation system.
The system includes double monkey board pipes ranging robot, bolted beam system, machine hand, power catwalk, power elevator, hydraulic chuck, power control and monitoring system. The system uses one-button automated operation. The operation only needs one driller, one wellhead operator and one patrol personnel.
The oilfield automatic workover rig has a high degree of automation adopting modular integration and advanced robot closed-loop control technology. It functions as self-diagnosis, leakage and short circuit protection and fault alarming, etc. It has remote monitoring capability.
The automatic workover rig greatly increases the automation of workover operations, reduces the number of operators, decreases workers’ labor intensity. The technology is advanced, safe and reliable.

This device cooperates with the operating derrick, tractor hoist, mechanized device to replace the manual rotating elevator, manual tubing pulling-out, manual hydraulic tubing pliers’ pushing-pulling. The device realizes complete mechanization of tubing dropping and lifting through the operation of the communication between the well and man-machine operation panel.
The minor workover automatic system is a set of comprehensive workover equipment which integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and information processing system. It is composed of hydraulic automatic elevator, wellhead workover machine, pipe rod conveyer, cruise hook guiding device and hydraulic control system. .
The use of this device will improve the working environment, reduce labor intensity and job risk, improve the safety while operating. And also, it reduces the number of labor which can make the human management work easier and lower the cost for human work. More over, the minor workover automatic system has high adaptive ability for different environment and it can save the time for operating.

At present, there are many high-pressure oil and water wells that can not be normally maintained while oil production process. And some of the oil and water wells have to stop producing while maintaining, therefore influenced the output and water-injection. The former solution could cause Pollution of the formation, affecting production, long operating cycle, high cost.
Non pressing working device (also known as under pressure operation) has the advantages of keeping downhole capacity, saving costs, shorten times and reduce pollution. The non pressing working device which developed by Shengji can fit following requirements: 1. Running & pulling tubing under pressure. 2. Running & pulling tubing with packer under pressure. 3.
