Shengji can independently contract various types of CNC equipment installation and maintenance, design, installation, commissioning and operation of large equipments and complete production line, maintenance of offshore drilling platform, offshore wellhead services and so on.

1. Production line of Tubing and Sucker rod reparation

Shengji contracted the tubing and rod reparation production line for Karamay Spring Oilfield and successfully completed the design and planning of all production lines, plant layout, installation, commissioning and trail running.

The production line has scientific reparation technique, high automation, centralized control of all production line, dynamic display of working process, automatic stockyard to realized the automatic placement of tubing and rod. The efficiency and automation of this production line ranks former place inboard.

Shengji has built 10 inner and outer tubing, casing production lines, 2 insulated tubing production lines, tubing, quenched and tempered production lines, 4 lined pipe production lines in recent years .

2. Laboratory Construction of Wellhead and X-mas tree

Shengji has constructed two wellhead and X-mas tree Laboratories (Dongying, Shandong and Yancheng, Jiangsu), which is the only two in China for National Petroleum Machinery Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.

The labs can operate temperature and operation test for kinds of BOP, and PR1, PR2, API 16A, 16RCD test for kinds of gate valves, choke valves, tubing head and casing head.
