Shengji can also provide long plunger falling object to prevent structure and anti-corrosion pump to oilfield customers. This pump adopts a long plunger and short barrel structure, the plunger has a good abrasion resistance properties.

During the operation, the plunger assembly goes down to the well with the tubing, as the plunger is always out of the barrel end, so the sand cannot enter the barrel and reduce sand stuck the plunger and barrel. It has a special desilting channel, which can prevent the sand from burying the pump.

This extends the service time, reduce the pump test times and pump lost while increasing the economic efficiency.  At the same time the pump can be equipped with stainless valve cage and tungsten carbide valve, increasing anti-corrosion performance of the pump. So, it is suitable for the wells that contain high sand and wax.
