In the deviated well, the conventional tubing pump efficiency decrease substantially. In order to solve this problem, Shengji developed a new positive closing deviated pump to replace the conventional pumps.

This pump adds outside work barrel, improve the force conditions, and avoid the bend of barrel. The plunger has a rotator. During the pumping time, the plunger can auto rotate, removing the eccentric between barrel and plunger.

The pump valve ball has a compulsive restoration structure, during the operation time and the ball can close quickly. This structure helps the pump to work normally in any deviated well, which the oblique angle does not exceed 45°.

Besides that, the pump also can adopt anti-corrosion material in the barrel assembly, plunger and valve cage which make possess good anti-corrosion property thus, suitable for any corrosion deviated well.
