Shengji has a domestic leading level wellhead sealing test and water pressure testing laboratory. The test pressure can reach 210 MPa or more.

Testing and factory inspection on wellhead production can be performed in the factory. Shengji has PR2 valve pressure temperature cycling lab and room temperature dynamic testing machine.

Shengji is capable of carrying out 16 items of PR2 performance experiments towards wellheads and valves.

Data collection-monitoring system can fully monitor the hydraulic system, pneumatic system. The computer automatically displays the changes of wellhead parameters and testing process; automatically generates the pressure curve and time curve; save various data; to print out the test report at any time.

Shengji uses 6 sets of cameras to achieve the real-time acquisition, real-time monitoring towards testing products.
